By agreeing to rent our services you are hereby, entering into a mutual contract as under:
A. We (Bostonlimos.com) will provide the required services to your absolute satisfaction whenever possible.
B. Traffic Delays or Traffic Tie-ups will be beyond our control.
C. You (the renter) will ensure that our vehicles are not littered or soiled and for your convenience all our vehicles are Non-Smoking.
D. Anyone soiling our vehicles will be charged.
E. Deposits of 30% are charged to all customers not cancelling before 1 week of the event.
